How MASA Works:

You Have a Medical Emergency

You slip and fall, experience severe chest pain, or have another emergency.

You Call 911

A ground or air ambulance is dispatched to you to provide critical care and get you to the nearest hospital.

You Receive a Bill

Your insurance may take care of a part of your charges, leaving you with co-pays or deductibles, or may deny your claim leaving you responsible for the full bill.

MASA Has You Covered

MASA covers your emergency ground and air ambulance claims, leaving you with $0 out-of-pocket costs.

We have been members for many years and have used MASA on 3 different occasions. It is very comforting to know if needed MASA will take care of costs associated with transportation which can be costly. Thank you MASA, we greatly appreciate your service.

- Roger and Debbie Hess

It was so good to hear the great news that my medical air transport was paid in full. MASA is a great company. My wife and I joined MASA 16 years ago, hoping that we would never need your services, but I did in September of 2021 and MASA was there for me.

- Dennis and Kathleen Reed

We have had an awesome experience with MASA. We have used ambulance services several times over the past year and could not have asked for anyone more accommodating than MASA. It is a great company and we are so glad to be associated with it.

- Douglas Murphy

I am thankful I purchased MASA Insurance in 2013. I have been transported by air and ground ambulance many times since then. MASA covered the cost of all those trips. I cannot begin to estimate how much money I have saved.

- Janice Rahn

I am very pleased to say that MASA did what they promised. The services of the ambulance cost me nothing. The process was very easy. I faxed a copy of the bill with one sentence of explanation. In due course I was informed the bill had been paid in full.

- Joann VanAntwer

We are members of MASA and never thought we would really need the service, but bought it “just in case”. Just in case, became reality of need and MASA was there to answer the call. This is one service that your family does not want to be without!

- Melissa and Richard Penrod
